It was
good seeing you yesterday and I am looking forward to
staying as President of the HOA at Hudson Pointe. I am
very excited about providing you with name of a HVAC
contractor I feel in the best I have ever worked with
over my career. I know going forward I will have them on
all my bid list and will do my best to bring them in to
within my budgets.
The
company is : ProAir which is the residential branch of
Prokosch & Sons who is one of the best sheet metal
fabricators in the Northeast. I worked with Prokosch on
several school & library projects and the installation
and balancing was outstanding. ProAir residential
creation makes it possible for residential projects to
afford the same level of installation and performance as
you would expect from the high end commercial projects.
The
contact person is Doug Tompkins is very knowledgeable
and personable to work with and I am sure would be able
to provide great service to Hudson Pointe and would be
helpful in straightening out previous installation
problems if needed.

Dear Pro-Air,
I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased we
are with the Central Air you installed this summer. It
was a sweltering hot day when you began, but when you
left we were as “cool as a cucumber”. Thanks to you my
family, which included our newborn son, had such a cool
and comfortable summer. It is amazing how a cool house
can keep everyone happy!
Your staff was excellent and extremely professional.
Doug did a great job of making sure our needs were met
and that the installation was done in a timely and neat
fashion (to the point were protective plastic was laid
over our new carpets and surgical booties were worn over
shoes when in the house). We hardly knew you were here,
until you left and the temperature in the house
immediately started dropping.
We have recommended Pro-Air to our family, friends and
neighbors. Thank you again and keep up the COOL work!!!
